Alkkemist Gin belongs to the group of ultra-premium gins, it is distilled only and exclusively during each full moon, i.e. 12 times a year. It is a craft vision of a 21st century alchemist, passionate about gin and the Mediterranean coast.
It is made from 3 times distilled grain alcohol and a blend of 21 carefully selected botanicals. As the first gin in the world, it uses selected from the best Mediterranean strains - mace grapes.
Upon opening the bottle, Alkkemist Gin greets us with complexity. In the nose we can sense: menthol, spices, pine, aniseed, cloves, dried citrus peel and a floral finish of roses and grapes. Gin has a light texture on the tongue, and is surprisingly soft and easy to drink: none of the burning sensation that is usually felt with spirits. On the palate, we get an initial burst of citrus, which then progresses to the creamy sweetness of grapes and strawberries. Subsequently, delicate sweetness is intertwined with botanical notes of mint and spices. Dry, spicy finish, noticeable anise and paprika. Although the flavors of the gin are very complex and varied, all the botanicals are very well integrated - none vying for attention in the bottle. It is a well-balanced and pleasant to drink gin.
Flavor notes: mace, orange and lemon peel, juniper, lavender, strawberry, lemon balm, mint, sea fennel, lemon verbena, chamomile, impatiens, coriander, cardamom, angelica, thyme
Serving: Excellent in negroni and traditional martini. It will also work well in a refreshing Gin&Tonic with a premium Indian or Mediterranean tonic. We recommend serving in a wine glass filled with ice and garnished with sliced strawberries. You can also use dried lemon peel or rose petals as additions.

Panarea Island Gin is a gin with a unique taste that brings to mind the ancient flavors and smells of Sicily. It comes from the Inga family distillery, whose tradition in the production of premium liqueurs and spirits began in 1832.
Panarea Island Gin was created as a tribute to the extraordinary charm of the island of Panarea - the "queen" of the Mediterranean. Made from noble and carefully selected raw materials: juniper and lemon distillate, it is enriched with exclusive, local plant ingredients such as myrtle from Panarea, coriander and juniper. Hand- picked botanicals enrich the distillate, giving it depth, which is the main characteristic of its taste.
Panarea Island Gin is a citrus liquor, spicy and unique in taste. Its aroma is distinctive and persistent, with strong notes of juniper, citrus and myrtle. The product is free of gluten, allergens and artificial additives, also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Taste notes: myrtle from Panarea, coriander, juniper, citrus
Serving: Panarea Island Gin is a distillate rich in nuances, complex, ideal to be consumed plain or with a few ice cubes. It will also taste great in a refreshing Gin&Tonic, which you can easily prepare yourself at home. Fill the glass generously with ice, pour in 40 ml of Panarea Island Gin and top up with a premium Mediterranean or Botanical tonic. The characteristic notes of gin will be additionally enhanced by a slice of lemon or orange.

1689 Queen Mary Pink Gin is a pink gin with a wonderfully fruity and original taste. It was named after the wife of William of Orange. It is based on an authentic, encrypted 17th-century royal recipe that recommended drinking gin with mashed strawberries and raspberries.
1689 Queen Mary Pink Gin, where the gin strength has been reduced to 38.5%, is essentially a traditional juniper gin, however what makes it a premium gin are the bready and aniseed notes you would normally expect from jenever. The addition of fresh strawberries and slightly tart raspberries to the original recipe of 1689 Dutch Dry Blue Gin resulted in a slightly jammy taste. Fruit combined with juniper, red quince, Pippin apples and a hint of spice, produced a colorful gin with a wonderfully fruity taste with a dry and smooth juniper pine finish.
After opening the bottle, red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry are noticeable in the aroma, which add notes of sweetness. The sweetness is not overpowering, however, and the juniper scent is still strong. We also sense citrus, which adds freshness to the gin. The calmness of flavors works well, its subtlety does not diminish the complexity. Gin with a very well-balanced and generally smooth finish with a hint of sweet spice.
Tasting notes: fresh strawberries, tart raspberries, juniper, red quince, Pippin apples, citrus
Serving: We recommend serving with premium Mediterranean tonic with plenty of ice and sliced strawberries and raspberries. It also goes well with strawberry and raspberry tonics. Amazing to use in cocktails.

Hamburg Distilling Company, where Knut Hansen Dry Gin is created, is a distillery focusing mainly on sustainable development and regionality. Knut Hansen Dry Gin is distilled four times with extremely slow energy consumption. Botanicals from northern Germany are used in its production. The apples come from farms south of the Elbe, the basil and cucumbers are harvested in the family's greenhouse and the rose petals come from dikes on the Baltic Sea.
After opening the bottle, the aroma is clearly perceptible with the intense aroma of juniper. Basil adds both a herbal note and a bit of spiciness. Then there is the sweetness of apple and a hint of coriander. The taste is dominated by juniper and basil. The apple is again the base and adds complexity to the gin. In addition to the subtle coriander, you can also feel the slight bitterness of cucumber, which adds freshness to the gin. The finish is long-lasting with subtle sweetness, juniper, apple and licorice.
Taste notes: juniper, cucumber, apple, basil, licorice
Serving: We recommend in Gin&Tonic with Mediterranean, Botanical or Indian tonic with a slice of cucumber, orange or apple. The result is a really very tasty drink. The flavor of the gin is retained and, surprisingly, the cucumber note becomes a bit more intense. It will also be perfect for Basil Smash.

Knut Hansen Non-alcoholic impresses with its distinct and lemon flavor. It is a worthy non-alcoholic alternative to Knut Hansen Dry Gin. Produced in Hamburg in a distillery whose owners mainly focus on sustainable development and regional character.
Knut Hansen Alcohol Free contains 14 selected botanicals from local crops. Juniper, basil, cucumber, Altländer apples, rose petals and several other botanicals are individually distilled with great attention to detail. Then, in a complicated process, alcohol and water are extracted from the distillate.
From now on, all gin lovers can drink refreshing cocktails and drinks, while always keeping a sober head. Knut Hansen Alcohol Free is also suitable for pregnant women. Its shelf life is at least 8 weeks after opening.
Taste notes: juniper, basil, cucumber, Altländer apples, rose
Serving: Non-alcoholic Gin&Tonic is very easy to prepare at home. Pour 40 ml of gin into a glass filled with plenty of ice and then 100 ml of premium Mediterranean, Botanical or Indian tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon or thinly sliced cucumber. It is also perfect for non-alcoholic cocktails.

Himbrimi Old Tom is a great Icelandic gin based on gin recipes from the early 18th century. It is inspired by the scent of wild plants growing along the shores of lakes and rivers in Iceland. The main botanical (apart from juniper) is wild arctic thyme, harvested by hand by gin creator Óskar Erikson. Other botanicals include angelica flowers, lemon peel and mountain honey.
To add complexity to the organoleptic characteristics and to give the gin a pleasant texture, Icelandic spring water is also used in the production, the purity of which allows the gin to be filtered after infusion from botanicals and bottled without additional distillation.
Due to the maceration process, there is some sediment at the bottom inside the bottle.
After opening the bottle, we feel a honey, lavender and earthy scent. Juniper in the foreground, followed by very bright floral notes. Lavender arctic thyme is definitely the dominant flavor, but it is complemented by sweet honey and pungent angelica flowers. The taste can be summed up as smooth, slightly bittersweet and soothing. Extremely long finish. Floral notes stay on the tongue for a long time.
Perfect with Tom Collins, Negroni or White Negroni.
Tasting notes: juniper berries, wild angelica flowers, wild arctic thyme, lemon peel, honey.

Himbrimi Winterbird Edition London Dry Gin was created as a tribute to Icelandic rivers and nature. It was named after the common diver, a bird familiar to all Icelandic Nearctic fishermen that often migrates to Iceland during the breeding season. To ensure that the quality meets his expectations, Óskar harvests the herbs himself every summer and hand-numbers each bottle of gin.
Himbrimi Winterbird Edition London Dry Gin is distilled using only the natural heat of geothermal water, which gently infuses the flavors of all the botanicals into the spirit.
Himbrimi Winterbird Edition London Dry Gin is very mild on the palate, with a pleasant balance of juniper, citrus and angelica combined with floral notes. The finish is long and smooth. In addition to juniper berries, gin's main botanicals are hand-picked from the shores of Icelandic rivers and lakes: wild angelica flowers and wild arctic thyme, typical of the region, with a lavender-like floral scent.

Bareksten Botanical Gin, produced in the Norwegian distillery Oss Craft Distillery, draws inspiration from its homeland. It represents the essence of Norway, both in taste and character.
This gin is an absolute festival of flavors, made up of 26 botanicals - 19 of which come from Norway. Among the botanicals known to us are: juniper, coriander, blueberries, seeds of paradise, fennel, wild rose, lime peel, rose blossoms, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, angelica, lemon and orange peel, iris, rhubarb, star anise, nutmeg. red clover, lavender, chamomile, arnica mint flowers, elderberry flowers and lingonberry. The base spirit for Bareksten Botanical Gin is Norwegian potato. Produced in small batches, each bottle is individually numbered.
Bareksten Botanical Gin is loved for its earthy, spicy, piney and oaky flavor notes. It tastes fresh, with a touch of juniper, fruit and spices. It is dry and complex, with a floral scent of citrus and cinnamon. The finish ends with a burst of cumin that lingers with a menthol intensity long after the sip.
We recommend combining with tonic: Fever Tree Indian Tonic, Fever-Tree Mediterranean. As a garnish, the following will be perfect: orange peel, lingonberry, kumqat.

The Bareksten Spirits brand was launched in 2015 by former bartender Stig Bareksten and their spirits are distilled at the Oss Craft Distillery in Bergen, Norway.
Bareksten Botanic Aquavit is built on the basis of potato alcohol, which is flavored by meticulous distillation with classic botanical aquavits (mainly cumin, fennel and aniseed). Aquavit is then aged in Oloroso sherry casks to improve texture, aroma and natural warm golden color. A real pleasure for the senses and a real taste of Norway with nuances of cumin and toffee.

Solaro Capri Gin is distilled using quintessential Mediterranean botanicals handpicked in and around Capri, giving it a unique citrus aroma. Created with an obsession with quality and heritage. No detail is too small here. Nothing was left to chance. The creators of Solaro Capri Gin know that great gin requires more than just excellent ingredients, which is why each sip is a dive into the deep blue sea of Capri, a walk through its alleys and a tribute to Capri's culture.
Each of the botanicals used in Solaro gin comes from Capri and the surrounding area. The mixture includes:
• Cilento juniper.
Sun-drenched red juniper serves as the main botanical.
• Zagara (lemon blossom) growing on Monte Solaro in Capri. Gives gin an inviting aroma.
• Amalfi lemon leaf and lemon peel extracts. They bring a surge of citrus.
• Myrtle of Sorrento.
He takes care of the unique character of the gin.
• Notes of 100% Arabica coffee roasted by hand in Naples.
The Solaro Capri Gin bottle is a true work of art that is both beautiful and functional.
The bottle decorations and company logo refer to the heritage of Capri tiles and ceramics. They are created in cooperation with regional ceramicists and craftsmen who can scale their work to the highest quality standards. They are made of ceramic instead of glass and designed to be stacked vertically to form a small tower. The bottles are hand-decorated, and it takes almost a week to create each one - from start to finish.
You can enjoy it alone or as an addition to your favorite cocktail.
We also recommend Gin&Tonic. Due to the natural aromatic essence of Solaro, a premium Indian type tonic will be an excellent choice. As an addition, we recommend a crushed slice of lemon or Sicilian orange.

Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin is a unique variation based on the original Silent Pool Gin recipe. To create this distinctive, slightly rose flavor, the original recipe was slightly fortified with rose, while some of the original ingredients - pear, bergamot, cardamom - were increased, while lemon became the leading citrus. Unlike most rose gins on the market, where infusions or extracts are added to the spirit after distillation, Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin has been created with a unique 4-step manufacturing process that ensures its unique rose flavor through distillation alone. The recipe does not use artificial flavors, it is a natural blend of botanicals.
Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin combines the flavors of traditional botanicals used in gin production with the fragrant notes of English roses in full bloom. Rose petals offer a delicately scented flavor as well as a natural pinkish tint. The taste is light and smooth, with elegant notes of vetiver and cardamom, which blend beautifully on the palate with delicate notes of rose. The finish is persistent, full of citrus and spices.
The Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin bottle has a pink copper ribbon to signify the rose flavor. To serve, just add ice, tonic water and elderberry garnish and a slice of fresh pear.
Taste notes: English roses, vetiver, cardamom, pear, bergamot, citrus.

Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin as the name suggests, is an innovative gin made from the world's rarest citrus. But the team at Silent Pool distillery didn't want to make something as simple as plain citrus gin. Distillers wanted to show the wonderful world of citrus, so in order to create an exceptionally high-quality pure spirit, free from artificial flavors and unprocessed ingredients, Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin is distilled using a unique four-step process. In their search for the best citrus fruits, the Silent Pool Distillers team searched the world and finally discovered two well-known citrus collectors on the Alentejo coast of Portugal, boasting an amazing collection of over 300 varieties of citrus imported from the far corners of the planet. The citrus grove, where hundreds of the rarest and most amazing fruits grew, far exceeded all expectations of the team of UK distillers.
The team sampled dozens of citrus varieties, then selected the most interesting and flavorful ones to take back to their distillery to begin formulating their new signature gin. After much research into the recipes, the distillers decided on four citrus fruits: Buddha's Hand, (the fruits of this citrus resemble Buddha's hands), Natsu Dai Dai (combination of orange and pomelo), Hirado Buntan (pomelo) and green Seville orange. Contrary to appearances, this is not a flavored gin, but rather a masterfully blended gin that is both aromatic and unique in taste. Its uniqueness is also evidenced by the fact that this gin has won many awards, including a gold medal at the London Spirits Competition 2021.
The resulting gin is spicy and full of citrus blossoms and exotic fruits, leading to sweet notes of honey and melon, with juniper blending these flavors together. Tropical, peppery notes are enhanced by cardamom and Timur Pepper, which adds a fruity, peppery grapefruit note.
Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin, due to its orange, spicy and citrus profile, will be great in classic cocktails. Taste notes: Citrus Flowers and Exotic Fruits, Melon, Cardamom, Timur Pepper.

Silent Pool Gin is a luxury English Gin produced at the Silent Pool distillery founded by two friends: former ITV executive Ian McCulloch and beverage expert James Shelbourne. The location of the Silent Pool distillery couldn't be more quintessentially English, the Duke of Northumberland's breathtaking estate nestled deep in the Surrey Hills woods, fed by the Silent Pool spring. The history of this spring dates back to the Ice Age. The estate turned out to be the perfect place for a sustainable distillery producing handmade craft alcohols from local ingredients.
The distillery operates in a beautiful location that it helps protect and preserve at the same time. By reducing their carbon footprint and waste, owners try to minimize their impact on both the local and wider environment as much as possible. To this end, they reuse all appropriate packaging, such as pallets and cardboard boxes, and all cardboard and clear plastics are baled and recycled. On the grounds of the distillery, they have planted a wildflower meadow and are growing lavender to attract bees and wild animals to the site. In addition, they also contribute financially to the maintenance of the Silent Pool source, including funding the eradication of non-native weeds from the pool and restoring and maintaining natural plant life in and around the source.
The Silent Pool Distillers team has developed a unique four-step process for a sustainable approach to the production of their gins. The first step is to soak in a Holstein still for 24 hours with basic botanicals such as Bosnian juniper berries, licorice root and cassia bark, while a basket of fruit including lime peels and oranges hangs around the neck. Then, delicate botanicals that will not survive the distillation process, such as rose petals and elderflower, are soaked for 24 hours in neutral water to create a kind of "tea". This strips them of their oils and aromatic compounds without the negative aftertaste that is also added to the distillation process. Finally, the spirit is carefully passed through a multi-chamber fractionation column, resulting in a perfectly balanced spirit.
Silent Pool Gin, in addition to water from the Silent Pool source located next to the distillery, from which it takes its name and the color of the bottle, contains 24 hand-picked botanicals, including such as: chamomile, roses, elderflowers, kaffir lime leaves, pear, bergamot, local honey and lavender. This results in a beautiful base of juniper with a fusion of other botanicals that break through the palate in a very refined, subtle way, creating a beautifully balanced drink. Violet, lavender and lime leaf give Silent Pool Gin floral aromas, while cardamom and juniper give it a spicy character.
The taste includes elderberry flower, chamomile and the scent of orange blossom, as well as the warming sweetness of honey and a spark of black pepper. The finish is rich in vanilla and honey notes.
Silent Pool Gin is a unique combination of plant ingredients that provide a very pleasant organoleptic experience. It's a real joy from start to finish.
Flavor notes: Chamomile, Rose, Elderberry Flowers, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Pear, Bergamot, Local Honey, Lavender, Violet, Cardamom, Juniper, Black Pepper.
